Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan, who will be next seen playing a wrestler in Dangal, had turned vegan a few months back as he believed that it is a healthy way of living, but now, we have heard that the actor might break his diet rules for Dangal.
Aamir, who had put on oodles of weight to play the role of a middle-aged wrestler, has embarked on a weight-loss mission to shoot for the first half of the film, in which he will be seen playing a wrestler in his prime. On the occasion of his birthday, when asked about his vegan diet, Aamir said, ”It is true that I am a vegan as I believe it is a healthy way of living, but my trainer wants me to have a high-protein diet for the next three months and has asked me to start eating fish to maintain my muscle mass while losing weight. We had an argument about it, but he is insisting that I should start eating fish for the next 3-4 months.”
Dangal is based on the life of Mahavir Singh Phogat, who trained his two daughters in the sport.
