Disha Patani is one of the fittest actresses in Bollywood today and the gym enthusiast keeps sharing her workout videos on Instagram to motivate her fans and urges everyone to be more fit by hitting the gym.
But recently the actress took everyone by surprise, when in a recent interview with a newspaper daily, she revealed that once she got injured while training on concrete floors and had sustained a hit to her head, which led her to a memory loss for 6 months. The star opened up about the same and mentioned that she lost out on time in those months but when it came to doing gymnastics or MMA, Disha’s approached never changed. She also mentioned that breaking bones is a part of the process that will make one reach their goals. She concluded by saying that one has to be both consistent and brave while practising gymnastics, MMA or any other form of workout.
On the work front, Disha will next be seen in Mohit Suri’s directorial, ‘Malang’ with actor Aditya Roy Kapur. Where she will be seen performing high octane stunts in the film. Earlier, the actress along with her co-star Aditya, underwent a tough training in swimming to perform their stunts. The film will collaboratively be produced by Luv Films and T Series, which will also star Anil Kapoor and Kunal Khemu in pivotal roles. It is slated to release at the box-office on February 14, 2020.
